Tango Colorado Membership

A great way to join is to visit us in Denver on Tuesday evenings, or in Boulder on Thursdays. Locations and times are listed under Classes. Annual membership dues (effective January '08) are $43/$80/$98 for singles/couples/families and a reduced rate of $30 for full-time students and seniors. If you do not or cannot join in January, dues are prorated during the year. Membership entitles you to discounted prices for classes and weekly practicas in Denver and Boulder, our annual Holiday Party, and other events throughout the year. As a member you can rent videos and music scores from our extensive library and you can make Tango-related announcements on our email lists that reach over 800 people. JOIN TANGO COLORADO

All members of TC also become members of the Denver Turnverein. You may also be added, upon request, to the membership list of any of the other member dance clubs of the Turnverein without paying an additional membership fee.

All dues are paid to the Denver Turnverein, so please make your CHECK PAYABLE TO The Denver Turnverein. Tango Colorado does not receive any funds from membership dues. All dues therefore go exclusively to the maintenance and care of this historic building that we call our home.

There are several ways to join or renew your Tango Colorado membership:

Current and New Members:
* Join TC or Renew your membership at either the Denver or Boulder practicas.
* Join or Renew online at www.denverturnverein.org.
* Print the Tango Colorado Membership application OR the Denver Turnverein/Tango Colorado application, bring it to a practica or mail it with payment (payable to The Denver Turnverein) to our membership chairperson, Cammie Strange at 9026 Ammons Court, Westminster, CO 80021.

E-Mail Lists

You have the choice to join either or both of our email lists when you renew or apply for membership using the Tango Colorado Membership application. There are also sign-up sheets available at the practicas.

Join Tango Colorado News list - TCNews

Only postings about local (Colorado) events will be forwarded to the group. Messages unrelated to Argentine Tango, or about Tango events, which are not local, will not be forwarded. All messages are approved by a moderator, unless prior permission has been granted for unmoderated posting privileges, which is generally granted to recurrent posters who are teachers or regular promoters. This Yahoo group is for posting "Bulletin Board" type messages of interest to the Tango Community. It is not a discussion list. Posts are only allowed by dues paying members, however anyone can join the list and receive email notices. News-type announcements are not posted here, since members of TCBulletinBoard are also generally members of TCNews.
