The event is open to everyone, whether affected by PD symptoms or not. There will be a good amount of warm-up conditioning to build muscle and core strength, balance, flexibility (indispensable for good Tango) and you will be able to apply those exercises to beautiful tango moves every time. The class will be customized to each student according to their level of need, and all levels of tango dancers are welcome to attend it. You'll see the great effects of each session not only for your Tango, but for your overall health.
